Light Cramps, Pink Discharge, Occasional Clotting, Frequent BV. Why Does It Recur?

I have been having light cramping for about a week and the last period ended around the 9th of this month. Over the past week I have had pink and orange discharge/bleeding and initially it was watery but now its more like im spotting. However when i go to the bathroom I have occasional clotting. My period is supposed to start this upcoming week but its already been a week since ive experienced this. I also frequently have BV and believe it is chronic because everytime i get treatment it reoccurs. I am unsure of how to deal with that as well. Please help! Thank you
