Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Madam/Sir

Subungal (under the nail) melanoma is a very rare disorder and thus it is very difficult to diagnose. However, it is very malignant and should be taken care of early in the course of the disease.

I would recommend you get a formal dermatological/plastic surgical consultation and even a tissue biopsy if the doctor thinks it is suspicious.

Do not lose anytime.

Take care

Dr. TOA
