Dermatologist 's  Response
HI,
Lichen amyloidosis is deep pigmentation disorder which is really very difficult to be cured. It is not a life threatening or any serious problem but the only part is the cosmetic reason. None of the treatment is fully effective to help you medically.
The best way is sun protection and eating lot of Vitamin A containing diet.
