Legitimate list of foods that clog arteries & heart attack

Does anyone know a legitimate list of foods that clog arteries and cause heart attacks? Please let me know so I can avoid them. Also, how can a person unclog their arteries and reverse damage? I m young and want to live a long and healthy life! So any information with sources will be appreciated. Thank you.

trans fat Remember, trans fat is not natural food, its food processed by food companies to expand shelf life Fats have carbon atoms with free valences which means oxygen atoms can fill the valences or open ends available for attachment with the carbon atom This is a good thing at least short term because you can digest them, have the oxygen bond with the carbon during digestion which creates energy for your body But because its a good thing bacteria want to eat the food before you do. Thats why if the food is not fresh or refrigerated, the food will spoil. Thats because the bacteria got to the food before you did Food manufacturers who do not want to incur the expense of food going bad because it sits on the shelf too long try to save money at the expense of your health by "hydrogenating "the fats in their products They chemically place hydrogen atoms at the ends of the carbon atoms to fill the vacancy so to speak so no oxygen can bond This means the food is so bad, the bacteria will leave it alone. It also means the food has no value to you as a human being. This is the process that creates "trans fat" and it will clog your arteries/ Likewise avoid food products that say "partially hydrogenated" Same idea, bad for your arteries So the first thing you should avoid are trans fat Secondly, avoid whole milk. The fat found in regular milk which is not skim milk is worst than the fat found in red meat I eat dairy products such as nonfat milk and whey. After you take the bad fat out of milk, its an excellent food, but the fat in whole milk will really clog your arteries. Don't be deceived by 2% milk. It means 2% by volume which means the other 98% is mostly water. But calorie wise, 2% milk is about 40% bad fat, so stay away from 2% milk. Its not as bad as regular whole milk, but it is still pretty bad for your arteries

Had a heart attack in 2007. A 100% blocked artery, but no indication of clogged arteries or need for surgery. They did place a stent. I was 58 at the time and had been experiencing what I later found to be unstable angina 2 days prior to the MI. Have read that some heart attacks are the result of vasoconstriction, (sp?) and wonder if my having Raynaud s disease is related? I always have a lower than normal body temp too, usually around 96.8, but gets as low as 94 when ill. For the past year I ve been taking a vaso dilator, isosorbide, and have only had to take my nitro once in that time. Guess my actual question is how does being cold, Raynaud s, and heart attack relate?

If you have an attack meaning the symptoms of chest pain,arm pain, vomiting and go to the ER, and the diagnosis is artery obstruction did you have a heart attack? Diagnosis is: obstruction of the arteries. An incident that had symptoms of a heart attack, so is obstruction of the arteries with incident a heart attack? I meant to say Symptomatic not with incident that is what I meant Symptomatic I also want to add that 3 out of 4 doctors said I had a heart attack. The fourth doctor said,nope it was obstruction of the arteries. The doctor that said it wasn t a heart attack also said there was no damage to the heart muscle. ER then transported to heart and trauma center same day then discharged next day from trauma center. I had one stent placement and have to return for another, from what I understand one more.

hi i am a 30 yr old female pulse rate is 79 blood pressure is 125/70 family history of heart disease. (grandmother on fathers side had 6 heart attacks last one large. my father had 2 heart attacks 1 when he was 41 then 11 months later the second which killed him) i was on duromine and had tachycardia my rate went up to 125 and blood pressure was up and had some palpitations which did not show up on ecg just wondering if i should wear a monitor for 24 hours. had blood test recently and my cholesterol is up.

I am having chest pain/pressure on the left side, right side headachein back head,acid reflx,& nervousness.I also feel very fatigued,lightheaded, nd the pain goes from the upper left side of my left breast to the right side of that left breast.I am really scared.I did end up in ER a couple of weeks ago, they ran labs,did an ECG and said that it wasn t my heart.I sometimes think, even though they told me it wasn t a heart attack,I still think it can be heart related. I have been having some type of attacks that we stiff haven't got to the bottom of, I have been diagnosed with ulcer because the zantac helped me lol, then a couple of days later I was taken to the er with the same type of pain which I was diagnosed with biliary colic even though the ultrasound and xray didn't show anything, Then I was diagnosed the third at the er with having a panic attack and that I know wasn't it because I have had panic attacks since I've been around 14 yrs. old. Then I was diagnosed by my family dr. for constipation. lol. These attacks sometimes can be brutal. The pain starts in my back between my shoulder blades, and sometimes it only hurts on the left side and sometimes radiates to right to left but the pain is horrific and painful. These attacks usually cause me to sweat, I feel like I'm having a heart attack because of the pain in my chest, it causes me to burp a lot trying to help stop the pain, I shake because I think its where I'm hurting so bad, and sometimes get the chills, they usually only last about an hour the longest one I had lasted 3 hours. I recently just had another mild attack which wasn't real bad, but every since then I have like stomach acid that feels like it continually flows, I am on Prilosec 20 mg of the morning and zantac 150 mg. at night and have been since this started about 3 months ago. If the dr. presses on the right side of my stomach it hurts, it's like a burning type of tenderness pain that hurts really bad. They have done a hida scan and in the first hour they gave me radio active stuff for my gall bladder to appear but within that hour it did not show, so I had to wait another 30 minutes and finally it showed. Then the second part of the hida scan they gave me ensure to drink to watch how it functions, My family dr. said it was normal. I'm at my whitts end. I don't know what's wrong with me. My belly stays bloated out most of the time, I'm ashamed of when the pain hits because I don't want my kids to see me like this. I'm worried it's my colon since my dad had colon cancer and I have had blood in my stool real heavy for 3 days, went to my family doctor and they took a sample and tested it and said that was normal and since it was bright red it's really nothing to worry about. I just want to find out whats wrong with me. These drs. I think are starting think I'm some type of hypercondriac lol.. any advise would be helpful. Also sometimes that can set these attacks off is like eating something spicy, The other day I drank orange juice and ate a barbeque tv dinner and then had that attack, sometimes if me and my husband get into an argument sometimes that sets it off, or if I have a bowel movement it sometimes sets it off and the last round of antibiotics caused me to hurt. So I don't know what to do.
