Leg Sweats At Night And Feeling Uncomfortable. Reason?

My legs (and only my legs) sweat so badly at night, even when I don't feel hot. It often leads to my sleep pants and sheets being soaked, and I'm constantly waking up feeling uncomfortable. I've tried making the bedroom really cold, and I've tried sleeping on top of the covers, but nothing really helps. What should I do?

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You are suffering from localised hyperhydrosis.
This condition cannot be totally cured but can be kept under control.
Please apply all dry lotion.
This will control the sweating.
Iontophoresis is also a good option.
Please meet a dermatologist if it persists.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
