Leg Pain, Lower Back Pain, Pain In Calf And Shin

Respected Doctor, I am 28 years old, female, who recently got married 3 months ago. From over 3 yeras, I have been experiencing pain in my legs and have consulted numerous doctors regarding this. Some said the base tissue beneath my feet are thin, which is the reason why i could be experincing the pain and inflammation after prolonged periods of standing and light activity. I had been adviced to avoid wearing high heels and since 2 years, I have been wearing only flat shoes. However lately, I have developed lower back pain and extreme pain around my calf and shin area with just 5-10 minutes of walking. My work involves sitting for continuous 8 hours but upon a doctor s advice, I use a pillow for back support. Please help!

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms that you are having are likely to be due to a poor body posture. It seems to be a mechanical back pain which can be improved on physical exercise and improvised body posture.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
