Left Side Of The Chest Hurts Badly, Xray Is Normal. What Could Be The Reason For The Pain?

My left chest was hurting real bad like if someone stab me with a knife it hurts when I take deep breaths when I reach down to get something that's when I feel more pressure I went to the dotor they did blood work no indication of blood clot they said it was my muscle which was inflamed even took xray said it wasn't nothing but I feel like it's something else

Welcome to HCM.
Your doctor is correct,most likely it is due to muscular pain.
You have to take nsaid with muscle relaxant. Intra muscular nsaid will be more helpful.
b12,calcium supplement will be helpful.
Also go for blood pressure measurement,ecg and echo under guidance of your physician to rule out any cardiac involvement.
