Left shoulder dislocated. What can help healing?

I am suffering this from the past 1 years and my left shoulder got dislocated more than 3 times. I have taken x-rays many times and doctors, here, seem to eat a lot of money as they keep asking for countless tests .Even today, the same thing happened and I was all alone, crying like a small kid, in pain... please tell me the permanant solution for long age is 27.

Recurrent dislocation of the shoulder needs a surgical correction of the joint capsule to avoid recurrent dislocations. You can also start with shoulder strengthening exercises to increase the muscle strength in the area.

Thanks for posting your query

You are suffering from recurrent dislocation of shoulder.

There are many cause of this shoulder instability.

So you require MRI/CT of right shoulder.

So you have to visit an orthopaedic surgeon for examination of shoulder.
