Left Hand Palm Pain, Under GA Post Operation To Remove BCC From Nose. Reason?

I have pain in the palm of my left hand . I havent lifted wights in over a week . I had an operation on Friday under G.A and the need was put into my left hand but the top not the palm . Ive have dont no excersise since Wed so cannit understand what it could be as Ive pretty much been in bed.The operation was to remove a BCC from my nose .

This pain seems to be non specific at this time but there exists a possibilty of infection .If it persists you need to see a doctor .
