Left Body Pains While Exhaling, Had Double Bypass, Taking Simvastatin, Toprol And Clonazapam For Anxiety

What can it mean when I exhale and my left hand feels pain? I feel like the pain is felt from the left side of my head to my left foot . This has been occurring for about one week. I am a 53 year old male with a positive history of double bypass and a stent placed 3.5 years ago. I am currently taking simvastatin, toprol, and a baby aspirin . On occasion I take a clonazapam for anxiety. Thanks for any ideas.
