Lateral Lower Leg Pain, Incapable Of Running, X-ray Normal. What Do I Do?

i am a 21 yr old boy and having a lateral lower leg pain in both the legs.this is rendering me incapable of running ,sprints,or doing any kind of activity with the toes such as skipping with a rope and climbing stairs...i did a X-ray but it didn t showed any problems.what do i do????????

You have not mentioned that since how many days this problem is bothering you.It looks to me that you are having a spine problem, with a disc herniation. I would suggest you to go to a orthopaedic surgeon and get MRI scan of your spine. Treatment depends upon how much nerve compression is present. It can be either Pregabalin and Methylcobal and Physiotherapy.
