I have a problem that I find difficult to understand I missed my periods.I usually get my periods in the beginning of the month but now the thing Is I got them at the end of the month this time and it took longer than before it lasted about 2/3 weeks so I got Primolut N from a friend and took it for 2/3 days to stop my periods....few dayz later I took a pregnancy test because I had nausea regularly and it showed positive...after a few weeks I had heavy bleeding so took another pregnancy test and it showed negative COULD THE PRIMOLUT N HAVE CAUSED A MISCARIAGE

Hi,
According to your symptoms, it is likely that you went into a threatened miscarriage even before your pregnancy was diagnosed. You should have tested for pregnancy as soon as you missed a period since you were always regular. It is true that taking Primolut can cause abortions in very early pregnancy, but cannot be establishes as you have taken it for very short period. Please contact a specialist for a proper evaluation and further management and also to know the cause of the abortion. Hope this helps.
