Late onset of periods with heavy flow, nausea, excessive hunger and heart beats over abdomen with movements. Alarming?

I was 11 days late for my period. I just got it Sunday. I usually am pretty regular 27 day cycle. The issue is I have blood clots in my period which is unusual for me. I have passed alot of wind this last month, I feel nausea , I am hungry but when I eat I feel sick and today as I was sitting I can feel heart beat type feeling on my lower abdomen almost like movement I feel very weak should I be concerned

Since your periods were overdue by 11 days, a more then noprmal bleeding is expected due to an endometrial hypertrophy during this time.
The excessive blood loss is making you feel sick. Taking iron supplements will be helpful for you.
