Laser Surgery For The Eye
Iam having short sight since 5 years, initially i used to wear glasses, i got bored of it late ri used contact lens for 2 years. Initally i liked contact lens but it is very difficult wear daily, some times my eyes used to become dry. I heard that there is some thing called laser treatment in which laser is used for surgery. And after that i need not use the glass or contact lens. Is it true. Has any one has undergone this treatment

There are two types of surgeries as told by my doctor one is LASIK and the other is LASEK. I underwent LASIK as it was cheaper and he said that he was comforatble in that. He said that both of them produce the same results. the procedures are different but both are safe. I amd happy

i think you should wait for some more days before going for lasik surgery as the long term effects are not known to the doctors.
