Large Swelling On Penis Shaft. History Of Problem With Ingrown Hair. No Help From Warm Compress. Suggest
I've got quite a large swelling on the shaft of my penis about the size of a 1 pence piece, having suffered from in growing hairs on my penis before I'm quite sure that its the same problem but I cannot see the hair to remove it, I've tried putting a walm compress on it but it doesn't seem to make any difference & I haven't got time to visit the doctors what should I do?

Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
