Large Painful Boil In The Anus. Immediate Cure?

I have had a very large boil in the crack of my anus for about 5 days and I have been trying to bring it to a head with icthammol(check spelling) Ointment , toothpaste, and epson salt for about a day and it has come to a head but it's so painful that I cannot stand to touch it and I was wondering if there were anything that I could do that does not involve visiting a doctor and getting the wound packed because I know that I would go nuts from the pain

A boil is an infection, usually of hair follicles, that appears as a bubble-shaped protrusion. It is filled with pus. Boil on anus is extremely painful.
I advice you to apply lignocaine jelly in painful region to decrease your pain intensity.
Tab.Hifenac-P twice a day for 5 days
Tab.cefixime 400mg once a day for 5 days

Sit in warm water for 15 mins as it reduces pain spontaneously.
