Large Lump On Back, Neck And Ear Pain. History Of Gout. Related Symptoms?
My brother has a large lump on his back which has been increasing in size gradually and has been suffering from pain up his neck and causing a severe ear ache almost like blocked sinuses could the 2 be related? his dr has told him not to worry. I dont think this is a satisfactory response. What cabn he do? He is 53yrs old and duffers from gout .

From history it seems that he might be having Lipoma on back.
It gives pressure on the nerve and soft tissues producing neck pain and radiating pain to ears.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
If size is increasing and producing pressure symptoms, it should be removed.
Ok and take care.
