General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to HCM,
As there is no pain chances of fracture is less likely.
It seems that there is formation of hematoma giving rise to swelling.
Apply ice sponge 2-3 times a day.
You may go for one antibiotic and anti inflammatory medicine if your doctor thinks proper.
Ok and bye.
