Large, Hard, Red Colored Cyst On Underside Of Butt Cheek Drained. What Could It Be?

Hi, i have a large cyst on the underside of my butt cheek near the crack. It was hard and red but has drained since then. It drained through a small hole near the cyst itself. There are two of the drainage openings and one drained a few days ago. Perhaps there were two cysts? This condition appeared after a long bumpy truck ride, I thought my butt was just bruised. Any thoughts on What this condition may be?
