Large, hard, red colored cyst on underside of butt cheek drained. What could it be?

Hi, i have a large cyst on the underside of my butt cheek near the crack. It was hard and red but has drained since then. It drained through a small hole near the cyst itself. There are two of the drainage openings and one drained a few days ago. Perhaps there were two cysts? This condition appeared after a long bumpy truck ride, I thought my butt was just bruised. Any thoughts on What this condition may be?

Thanks for the query.

You might be suffering from pilonidal sinus.

It is a recurrent cystic infection.

The only permanent cure is surgery under antibiotic cover.

Please meet a surgeon and discuss regarding this.
