Large Bump On Shin, Pain In Leg, Calf Swollen
Large bump on Shin after being lifeted on a guys 6 3 shoulders and falling on a pointy wire cover strip.. pain throbs through out my whole lower leg and even my calf is swollen

Hope you are not maltreated. It would most likely be a contusion if the surface was not rigid. You can ice the area with some pain ointment and you may take some Paracetamol. Hope this helps if not please get an X ray done.
