Hi, In case of lactose intolerance, you can give baby soya milk. Even yogurt is good,as is a good source of lactase enzyme. Other food options are- hard cheese like swiss cheese, cottage cheese; lactse free milk,Canned sardines, tuna, and salmon,Calcium-fortified juices and cereals. You can continue digestive enzyme supplements containing lactase.
