Lack of sleep with constant backache. How to get rid of this ?

my daughter is 21 yrs old. on most days she cant sleep properly. it takes her a lot of time before she can finally sleep in the night, and it is a disturbed sleep on most days because she keeps on getting dreams, sometimes related and sometimes completely unrelated to her life. she is not going through any issues in her life currently and follows healthy eating and sleeping habits. we recently got some blood tests done for her constant back pain where she was diagonosed with an acute vitamin deficiency. kindly help

it seems that your daughters disturbed sleep is related to her ill health. her pain, poor nutrition could be all complicating the problem. it would be good to seek a medical opnion for why should she develop nutrition deficiency despite healthy eating. the problem , ill health can lead to disturbed sleep.
hope she is not taking any weight reducing tablets or anything not prescribed.
