General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome
It seems that you are suffering for fever which needs some investigation to get to a diagnosis. The fever can be Malarial, Typhoid or other kind of infection. You need to consult your GP and get some investigations done. Meanwhile take Paracetamol to reduce fever, Ibuprofen to reduce pain. Measure your temperature and if it is more than 102 F you may need cold sponging.
Take light fresh diet and protect yourself from cold weather.
Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes

General & Family Physician Dr. Veera Raghava Rao Buddha.'s  Response
Hi welcome to Healthcare magic forum, Your symptoms suggest that you must be suffering with viral fever, most probably dengue fever. Of course there are so many fevers mimicing the same symptoms, so you need to go for blood work. Hence i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis , investigations and treatment.
viral fevers need symptomatic treatment, and the other fevers needs the treatment suggestive to that particular fever.
Besides i advise you some diet recommendations as avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, cauli flower , coconut, egg, chicken, and sea foods to get relief of the pains as these foods tend to increse the pains when they are there. As we have to see that we should take the foods which are easily digestible and these foods are hard to digest.
Wishing for a quick recovery and thanks for calling H.C.M.
