Knee Vein Popping And Hurting. It Is My 2nd Injury.

I just had my kneecap vein bumped. There was instant pain. It bruised & raised up within a few minutes. I did this 14 months ago. I have it elevated and on ice. What should I do?

Veins when normally swells in the lower limb is called varicose veins.You can keep your leg elevated when ever you sit.For better management meet a surgeon, a scan also may be required.
