Knee Started Hurting And Leg Feels Pins And Needles. Suffering From Panic Attacks. On Lexatin 1.5 Mg. Concerned

my left knee started realling hurting and now my leg feels like it has pins and needels but it really hurtsand my left arm has now got the same problem , i currentley suffer from panic attacks my diet is ok and i am currentley on lexatin 1.5 mg also i used to work in a very stressfull enviroment but now work from home where there is still quite a lot of stress
