Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

I have studied your case.

As per your history there can be injury to meniscus or ligament of your knee .I will advise to take rest ,ice fomentation ,knee support and anti-inflammatory.
If no improvement in symptoms then you can do MRI knee to look for pathology.

Physiotherapy will help you in reducing pain

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
