Knee Pain After Fall, Numbness While Climbing Stairs. No Tingling. Knot In Lower Back. Did I Tear Anything?
I was on the ball of my foot reading the paper when my foot gave out and my leg fell. I thought i broke a small bone of my foot cause it ached. but eversince my knee is killing me and when I walk upstairs it goes numb. I do mean numb and very painful. no tingling tho. my lower back also has a knot in it on the same side .Did I tear anything or just twist the knee?

It is very difficult to comment without seeing x ray of the knee joint about what really happening in side knee. I would recommend you to show it to a orthopaedic surgeon also though I can assure you that there is not tear for sure. You can take brufen tablet for pain relief.
