Knee injury, swelling, bruising on knee, shin, pain on bending. Treatment?
Well, I fell on my knee exactly a week ago playing soccer.. I fell pretty hard & it hasn t rained much so the ground is really hard. It was really swollen the 3 to 4 days following, & now the swelling has gone down a little but it s pretty badly bruised. There s even bruising down into my shin. I can walk normal for the most part, but it really hurts to bend. Or for example- going up or down incline isn t easy. Should I be concerned?
