i m 15 years old height is 176cm and my weight is 80 kgs i want to reduce my weight in my two months becouse after that my 11th class will start pls give me appropriate advice and help me

Hi,

Your weight is very high and it is very necessary to reduce.You go and strictly observe following points.

1, Cut down fat,carbohydrates from your diet completely.

2, Take more vegetables,salads containing more roughage

which will full your stomach and so you will get less appetite.

3,Between two meals you do not take any thing,if you become hungry take salads only.

4,Avoid junk food

5,Do stranious exercise like running,jogging,swimming regularly .

6,Play stranious games like wholly ball, cricket,football. .
