Thanks for the query.
Calculus of the size 1.2 cm cannot pass down the ureter and hence cannot be cured medically.
You need to see a urologist who can advice about further appropriate therapy.
Meanwhile you need to drink plenty of fluids to prevent the formation of new calculi.
