It went from having a high white blood cell count to now having that plus high acid in urine , and the last couple days I ve had black stool and cramping in the right upper part of my stomach, I don t have kidney or gallstones according to the last hospital visit. Hi,

Welcome.
As there is no stone in the kidney and gall bladder , there is no need to worry,
Black stool and abdominal cramps can be due to bleeding within the bowels.
Kindly take medical advice soon.

Regards
