Nephrologist 's  Response
It is certain that you have advanced CKD.Please do not base your decision to get treated on creatinine only & immediately get in touch with a qualified Nephrologist & get yourself thoroughly evaluated with a treatment plan in place as in CKD there are many complications which may develop suddenly & be very serious,at times life threatening. Please do not delay any further.

Psychiatrist Dr. Anjana Rao Kavoor's  Response
Thanks for writing in.Raised serum creatine levels are an alarming signal of serious kidney disease. Normal serum creatine level is upto 1.5 in adults. A level of 11.28 is very high.
You must first consult a nephrologist immediately and get a dialysis done and further treatment as per clinical reports. The main cause of your raised creatine must be found and treated. This can be due to problem in kidneys or ureters.

Hope this helps.
