Keloids on chest, back, ears, anal bleeding, constipation. Cure for symptoms?

Hi, I have keloid, many on my backs and some on my chest and ears. I had constipation with hard excrement, which caused my anus side bleeding temporary. I noticed several strange bumps. After I pooped, I noticed my into spincter came out and my skin couldn t feel my touch well. I m worry that s related to my keloid. If not, then what is it? Bad care with my anus injuring???

Hello and thanks for the query
You might be suffering from Heamorriods or Prolapse of the anus. To be confirmed by the the proctoscopic examination. Consult your general surgeon and examine yourself.
The treatment of both the cases is by a small surgical procedure which can be preformed in your suitable time. A trial by medication can be made but if it fails than you have to go for the surgery.
Hope you got your answer.
Best Wishes
