Im jumping rope everyday for about half an hour and some of my friends say that it may cause some problem to uterus , like uterus may dislocate from its normal position.. I know it sounds crazy but still I want to know whether that is true or not.. and also they say when the uterus comes little bit down from its position then there is 0% for getting pregnant.
Dear Asika... I have gone through your post in which you have expressed your concerns regarding jumping rope and uterus dislocation.
The Uterus is a very important organ of the female body.
So nature has kept it secure & well protected with strong supports (called ligaments) inside the body.
Dislocation of uterus(prolapse) occurs due to injury to these ligaments caused by trauma during complicated cases of child birth or gynecological surgeries.
There are no chances of its dislocation on rope jumping.
In fact jumping rope will help improving your fitness & keep you strong and active.
Wishing you a Healthy Life.
Thanks & Take care.
