Jaw Injury, Painful, Cannot Open Mouth, Ear Pain, Difficulty Chewing. What Is Wrong?

Hi i just left my baby s father due to physical abuse the night before i left he punched me square in the mouth causing instant bleeding my lip split in three places and now four days later my jaw is stilllll in pain i can t open my mouth very much with it hurting my right ear is in alot of discomfort it hurts to chew my jaw all together feels horrible :( what s wrong with it ? Do i need to go see a doctor in ashamed :(

you just go to show to surgeon to acess the grade of injury
may require stich
and dressing
