I've recently been having pain in my right foot after

I've recently been having pain in my right foot after walking for a while. It feels like my sock has slipped up and I'm stepping on a big lump in my shoe. This occurs whether or not I have decided to wear my good shoes that provide support for my feet. Usually it goes away after rest, but it always comes back. Should I be worried?

I have suffered with a back pain (L5) for 2 years after and prolapsed disc and had recovered but got worse recently and experienced lower back pain and pain in both legs. After 10 days this escalated into numbness from the waist down and admitted to hospital and diagnosed with Caudia Equina Syndrome and had surgery to remove the compression within about 24 hours. It is now over 3 weeks since the operation and still have little feeling in the right foot, have lost a large percentage of muscle tome in my calves and backs of legs and buttocks and still have no feeling artound my saddle area. It is also very difficult to predict when I need to empty my bowels. Whatg are the chances of a full rcovery in this instance

Started having pain in tailbone early 2009 whilst moving from a sitting to a standing position particularly. Stiff neck started around May 2012 and has got progressively worse since. Have pain throughout my back. Have pain in my right thumb joint and left shoulder joint, and intermittent pain in my right foot. I have recently started to have pain in my elbows like they are making a clicking or popping sound. Pain is worse in mornings or after rest/sitting still. Constant feeling of fatigue and not feeling refreshed after sleep. Pain and tension in the neck is leading to more frequent headaches. Feeling stressed and depressed, sometimes find it hard to concentrate and sometimes feel like im in a daze. Pain and discomfort has now got to a stage where it is affecting my day to day activities, getting out of bed, bending over to pick something up, even driving have all become a real struggle. Feel unable to exercise because of the pain. Feeling very fed up of the way I feel. Not able to enjoy my life. Have frequent bloating and discomfort.
