MD I ve been sick for the past few weeks. I had the flu two weeks ago, was mainly better, then got sick again from lack of sleep, etc over vacation. I m now very congested and had an earache and a fever for a few days before my doctor prescribed azithromycin. Just two days ago, I noticed small red bumps all along my chest and around to my back. They are itchy, but not horribly. I haven t changed anything -- soap, detergent, etc. I am still on the antibiotic, and am taking it in conjunction with mucinex, for my congestion. Any clue what may be causing this?
