Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I've done my Lipid Test and the full result are as below:
Total Protein 82 G/L (Normal Range: 64 - 83) Albumin 43 G/L (Normal Range: 30 - 50) Globulin 39 G/L (Normal Range: 20 - 50) A/G Ratio 1.1 L (Normal Range: 1.2 - 2.5) Total Bilirubin 8 UMOL/L (Normal Range <17) Alkaline Phosphatase 44 IU/L (Normal Range: 39 - 117) SGOT (AST) 40 IU/L (Normal Range: 0 - 40) SGPT (ALT) 57 IU/L (Normal Range: 0 - 53)
*Normal Range is derivative from the lab test measurement
As you can see, everything is within the normal range except A/G Ratio which is lower than normal range and SGPT which is higher than normal range. May I know what causes these and what precaution should I take?
