What Causes Itchy Red Spots On The Penis?
I ve been having sex with my girl friend 1 or 2 times every weekend and this last time was 5 days ago. The next day I noticed red spots on my penis and the head was very wrinkled, with a few smaller spots on my shaft. My groin also has irritated itchy red spots spread out on it. My penis does not hurt nor does it hurt or burn to pee. I ve researched but not 100% sure what it is

Any changes in penis its always to do an STI investigation. According to your complaints, it can be balanitis, a fungal infection. Using an antifungal with local steroids will be helpful for you. Make sure no sexual contact for 10 to 15 days during treatment to prevent cross infection.
