I've Been Having Knee Pain And History Of Meniscus Repair

I've been having knee pain and history of meniscus repair 8 yrs ago. My MRI had these results.
Complex tear to the body and posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
Trace associated pes anserine bursitis is present as well.

A 2 cm benign-appearing intraosseous lesion is present in the tibial eminence and is favored to represent an intraosseous ganglion or enchondroma. May be confirmed with the addition of IV contrast or bone scan if clinically indicated. Do you think surgery will be required
