Is Lower Abdominal Pain After A 10-minute Workout 8 Months Post Childbirth A Cause For Concern?

It's been 8 months since giving birth and I did my first workout today for about 10 minutes on stationery bike and after that I have this pain in my lower abdomen and I took panadol after 1 hour cz I felt that the pain was worse and after taking panadol the pain was fading but I can still feel the pain on both my sides but it's a bit more on my right I am a large woman and I always try to get rid of my extras just wanted to k ow that if it is something that I should be concerned about

Hello,

The pain that you are feeling most probably is a muscle pain due to suddenly increased physical activity. I would suggest you to increase the physical activity gradually because you have been without physical activity for quite a long period of time. Don't need any medications just remember to do stretching after each workout.
