Itchy Yellow Junk On Scalp, Dry Patches On Eyebrow And Red Mark On Forehead. Suggestion?

Hi I have a sort of white/yellow gunk on my scalp that gets under my finger nails if i scatch (head is quite itchty). I also have dry patches on my eye brows and a red mark on my forehead directly between the eyebrows. When i comb I do not get flakes of dandruff falling out. This is driving me mad! Any help much appreciated.

Hi,
You seem to be having seborrheic dermatitis. The treatment of seborrheic dermatitis depends on the severity and extent of involvement. For the same you need to fix an appointment with a dermatologist nearby . In the meanwhile, start using an anti fungal and tar or salicylic acid based shampoo every day and apply an anti fungal steroid based lotion like candid b lotion over scalp, eyebrows and fore head twice in a day. Hope that answers your query. Take care.
