Itchy, Red Rashes On Penis With Burning Sensation After Having Sex. Thoughts?

Past two weeks a go i had a very intensive sex session with my wife and the day next started some itching in my penis exactly on my foreskin and around the 'head' of my penis and after a couple of days started some pain like burning and i have some red rash around the 'head' of my penis almost the same problem had my wife some scratches around her vagina and scrape ! now i am outside from my home country and she told me that she is ok now after the visit to a doctor but for me from 15 days is the same and even worse ! can you give me a advice ????

Most likely it is due to fungal infection after sex.
It usually occurs due to improper hygiene,severe perspiration,continuous scratching and cut,abrasions after rough sex.
It is better to start oral anti fungal like fluconazole,terbinafine.
Apply local anti fungal cream like clotrimazole,miconazole.
Take levocetrizine to subside itching and nsaid to subside pain,inflammation.
Take proper local care.
Wash it with antiseptic liquid ,make it dry and apply local cream.
Avoid tight under garment.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Consult your family physician for proper medications.
