Itchy, Red, Raised Lumps On Stitches. Gall Bladder Removed Through Laproscopy. Treatment?

Hi I had my gall bladder removed 7/23 Laprascopy, went well I am a 44 year Female. Saw my surgeon two days ago post op and stated incisions looked great. However a day later two incision sites are itchy, red, and raised lump. I have been cleaning area with Alcohol, and soap and water. Should I take a Claritin? Still itchy red and raised

hi dear....
some amount of redness is normal,and should be present.....excessive redness,itching are either due to
1.more than normal inflammatory reaction,
2.allergy to suture material,
3.mild degree of infection.
so i will advise you to take antibiotics and local or systemic anti allergic ...
