I have a red bump on my thigh that itches and when I itch it the area around the bump gets red. Then a tiny white dot appeared in the center of the bump that grew to the size of a big pimple that began to hurt when I touched it?!? It's happened a couple times in the past two months. I tried popping the pimple one time but nothing came out of it, it was just like a white layer of skin! Do u know what it could be?
