Itchy, Pin Prick, Blood Red Rashes Spreading From Feet To Chest. On Meloxicam And Aspirin. Advice
In the last two days I've developed an itchy pin prick rash which is thickest on my feet and lower legs, thinning out as it spreads up to my chest. It's not prickly heat; I'm in Adelaide and the weather is cool. it started off very pale ad today the tiny spots are blood red. I have taken 3 meloxicam in the last four days to combat flaring arthritis and neck tension. I also took some Woolies home brand aspirin, made in India, that tasted more like chalk than aspirin. Any ideas please.

u should stop aspirin immediately .do BT,CT,PTT ,TOTAL PLATELET COUNT AND TOTAL EOSINOPHILIC COUNT.It may be drug related problem. If all these investigation are normal then second possibility is insect bite.Look for bedbug n mosquito. Apply colsoft lotion n orally u take tablet hydroxyzine 25 mg at bed time for 7 days then review.
