Itchy Bumps On Thighs, Abdomen, Swelling In Eyes. C-section, Tubal Ligation Done. Treatment?

Hi! I had a laparoscopic tubal ligation 9 days ago. About 3 days after the surgery I broke out with little itchy bumps on my abdomen and thighs. Yesterday my face got really red and itchy and my eyes are now swollen. My legs and arms are also itching but I m not finding any bumps there yet. I had a cesarean section may 1, 2012 and the exact same thing happened after that as well. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

It seems that you might have some allergy due to medicines given after procedure.
