Itching Skin Between Toes, Gray Spot, Fuzzy Edges

I am a 30-year-old female. For the past few days the skin between my left pinky toe and the toe next to it have been very itchy. Today I noticed a small, dark gray spot between those toes, located on the side of the second smallest toe. The spot is about 3 mm in diameter and is not raised at all. Its edges are slightly fuzzy. It s been very cold , so I spend most of my days wearing thick socks and boots.
