Hi, welcome to healthcare magic

The vaginal itching may indicate an infection, reaction to chemical agents (the detergent that you use, any creams/ointments,femnine sprays, fabric softener, toilet paper), stress may increase vaginal itching.
Scratching would result in burning on urination.

You can use over the counter vaginal medications to treat any yeast infection. In terms of other treatments- eat yogurt, avoid using colored or perfumed toilet tissue or bubble bath, avoid feminine sprays and douches, wear cotton underwear and avoid synthetic material, lose weight if overweight., use milder soaps and detergents.

Irregular or light periods have many causes such as- emotional or physical stress, inadequate nutrition, excessive physical activity, abnormal levels of hormones such as thyroid hormone, prolactin, testosterone, a condition called PCOS which stands for polycysitic ovarian syndrome can also cause irregular periods.
You should consider consulting you doctor for a full assessment to find out the exact cause.

I hope this helps

Hi young Cleveland, you are most welcome here over the blog of HCM and after noting well the history of your complaints I am of the opinion that your female hormones are not been flowing in your body well and balanced too and you are advised to consult most eminent homeopath of your country and have treatment from him regularly and again advised to take more watery fluids and go for the work outs of deep breathing, pelvic floor and abdominal muscles' toning exercises and I am sure that your all of the problems would be solved within a couple of months' treatment and wish you good luck for to enjoy life free from any type of stress.....psy doc
