Itching on the lower rib. Is it ingrown hair?

Hello, I have a slight itchy feeling on my lowest left rib. Kind of in the middle and bottom of the rib. There are no external marks, bumps or bites. It's in the same spot and maybe only feels about 5-10mm. One tiny spot, like it's a microscopic in grown hair or something, but it's prety much always there. I cannot feel any bump on my rib. I'm male

Thank you for your query.

If it was a "in grown hair" there would have been some swelling. If there are no discolouration or anything else then you need not worry about it. However the itchy feeling seems to be disturbing to you and in this case I would suggest that you consult a dermatologist for your satisfaction.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing you al the best.
